        tbh absolutely disgusting service from the richmond store from one girl in particular her name badge says kaylee. always scrolling through her phone while serving and just utter disrespectful in general- gross to see how downhill this store has gotten.

        Ive come to this bp a couple of times and the customer service is absolutely disappointing, there is a young lady working there thats rude and always has an attitude when I order my coffee and today she totally did my order wrong even when I repeated myself twice.
