Could someone in the management of Paper Plus please explain to the young teller who thinks she doesn't need to wear a mask because she had covid and just had mild symptoms that she is not the only person in the world and she has a duty to wear a mask for customers - they don't want to get her covid or flu bugs. When asked to put on a mask she informed me I would have to wait!!! Please explain to her that her ignorant and arrogant attitude is not doing her or Paper Plus any favours - the only good thing is she probably won't still be working there next time I go in if the incredible turnover of staff is anything to go by. Perhaps when she gets Covid a second or third time she might get far more severe symptoms or long covid.

New girl at postal counter so rude i wont ever go back.Everyone else is very nice and helpful.To have a shop assistant roll her eyes when you ask her for assistance is rude and unprofessional,sadly she was the only one serving, never again,went to stoke and found them charming.
