Posting a second review as it would not let me respond to the owners reply on my initial one. They said that my review was false and that Id never been to the establishment. That is ridiculous. When I went the place was filthy and the service was terrible. The kitchen was such a mess with dirt and grime that nobody from my group wanted to cook in it. The fact the the owner is so aggressively defensive about all of the bad reviews this place gets instead of apologising speaks volumes. Dont come near this place, Id rather sleep in my car than return.

Don't want to be harsh, however I feel an honesty review is fair. Firstly, the owner was great at communicating, and as we booked last minute agreed to meet us to check us in, which was great. However this is the only real positive comment I could give. The entire place is emergency housing from what we could gather. Understand COVID, housing shortages etc however as a paying guest we felt unsafe. A lot of rubbish and mess from Tennant's all over the place. Our room stunk of cigarette smell, the place was very very dirty. The fridge had cardboard underneath it to keep one side level. We paid a decent amount, walked in and walked out. We didn't request a refund as we just wanted to leave. This isn't a lashing out at the owners, we appreciate times in COVID have been hard, we are also business owners, however an accurate review is fair. This place needs work, and owners could think about whether or not it's worth having guests staying whilst they're in this period as Im afraid more reviews like this may happen..

I came across the elderly couple that had broken down they needed some water for the cooling of there car I went into this place to ask for water the lady was so rude I could not believe the words coming out of your mout She didn't care what was happening she just told me that water is expensive and she's sick of people asking for water so I offered to pay $10 for a total later bottle of water She just yells me so I left don't support so

the place is a rip off. I have booked for 7 days for a 5 person 4 adults and 1 child and he booked my for 1 family room unit and quoted me for $1600. but when we arrived to check in. I have found out that he booked me for 2 units instead of a family room that we deal with. and charging me $2200. and the place is dirty there was a massive stain in the couch and the room stinks.. only good thing about it was, it has convenience store and plenty of parking space
