Ive trained with Brianna remotely since summer of 2020 and prior to that, took in-person classes with her when she PTd in the UK. Since following her programme she has helped me to get in the best shape! I am so thrilled with the results and have stayed on-track for the past two years. The programmes were bespoke, accessible and easy to fit into my hectic schedule. Bri takes a lot of time to understand her clients and create a detailed programme specifically for their needs. Brianna is absolutely amazing. I get really bad pain with my knees and have never really been interested in going to the gym, partially because of pain after working out. Brianna has been great at figuring out what the issues are and how to help fix them. She helps make sure that the workouts are comfortable but still working. I only went for 5 weeks while I was back from university and it made a huge difference.

I am so relieved that I finally took the plunge and invested in a personal trainer. Im gym-shy but Brianna got me busy working out in a way that suited me. I enjoy our sessions. I never feel intimidated or confused. Just better. Three months later: I cant believe Im writing this, but I actually looking forward to going to the gym! Even better, my wife and I signed up for one of the shared sessions and we both look forward to going to the gym. Such a good investment, for both of us. Far better than a gym membership we feel guilty about not using! Three more months later: Still going, and absolutely loving it. My health is sooooo much better. A great investment in my life and longevity.
