phoned them about picking up my repeats and was told it will take 15 minutes. So I left home after 15 minutes had passed. On arrival I asked the girl that Im here to pick up my repeats. I was waiting 40 minutes and she still couldnt find them. So she asked John the pharmacist and he knew where they were and brought them over to me. Being confused, frustrated and my anxiety kicked in. I was very disappointed because Im a regular customer and John should.have brought my medication to me than waiting 40 minutes. They dont see that I cant sit for too long or either walk because I suffer from chronic pain and several other medical conditions. I am sensitive to bright lights and have to avoid direct sunlight. So there is no point in saying to me come back in a few minutes. And Im treated like a secondhand citizen. Being judged and spoken about, which I have heard them and seen their actions. So Im seriously thinking of going to another pharmacy.
