Firstly, the reception staff were fantastic. We phoned with a serious mains water leak and they organised someone to come out to us that same day, phoning back to confirm arrangements. Thank you for your time :) Then one of the guys turned up and sorted it all out - seeing it through til it was all done! Great service guys. Thank you all very much. Good service, easy to arrange/book and competient plumbers come to carry out the work. We've never had any issues and the experience is overall excellent.

We had a leak on the pipework from the hot water cylinder which turned out to be just two fittings that needed to be slightly tightened. One was tighten on the first visit and I tightened the other one as we were going into a weekend and couldn't wait for the plumber to come back. No leaks after that. Plumber turned up late the following week even though he really wasn't needed to just check there were no more leaks (He had rung first to say he needed to do a compression test which wasn't true as he didn't do one). We were charged for 2 hours 50mins $258.75 for the two visits, for just tighten up one fitting and a 12 minute drive from Richmond. We paid the bill but we will NEVER employ them again.
