Highly recommend Skin Institute for personal and professional service. They are experts in their field (Ive used them for skin checks, veins and IPL - appearance medicine). One stop shop for all things skin. Also love the Image sunscreen I purchased - so good!

EDIT: I have edited my review to reflect the follow up action taken by the clinic. My prescription was found, and the Richmond Clinic Manager has been in contact to apologize for the error and ensure me they have reviewed their proccesses around prescription orders so this doesn't happen again. They have also offered my next prescription free of charge. Thank you to the management team for following up on this - excellent customer service. I had an appointment with a Dermatologist Associate (who was very lovely and helpful) back in May. I was prescribed topical medication and advised I would receive notification when it had arrived in clinic ready for pick up. Still not having received notification 6 weeks later, I contacted the clinic and reception had no idea what I was talking about. Very poor service. Here's hoping my prescription arrives and I didn't pay $250 for the consultation for nothing.

Spent $250.00 in 15 minutes to find out everything I already knew.. Handed me a pre written sheet which looks like it's printed straight off the Internet (not catering for individual skin types) - if you're looking for skin specialists this ain't it! Feel totally ripped off.
