        They seem to carry some really good products not stocked by other NZ sites i. e. Vit D/K4 drops, the K4 is more effective as against the K7

        I was experiencing difficulty with going to sleep & staying sleep, I spoke to my coach about this & he recommended taking magnesium before going to bed. I've been amazed at how this has helped, to the point that when I don't take it I can guarantee that I'll wake through the night.
