We stayed in the hotel part, and the room was small for 4 people, but we didn't need much so that it was okay. There's a nice big sharing kitchen was which was nice because we were able to be social with group that was with us, but there was not a lot of utensils for cooking, so we ended up going out for a meal. I don't think the fridges or pantries cleaned out often because it was lots of moldy food, and they smelt. Bedroom was either too hot or too cold, and it was really hard to control the temperature. The laundry must have changed because it was the most expensive place I have ever seen for washing. By charge per 10 minutes! The last negative was we were next door to the pub and some people left at midnight and were really loud outside our room and I have little kids that were worken up, and I had to ask them to move on.... However the staff were really lovely and you absolutely couldn't beat it for location!
