        Have purchased and serviced a ladder from them going back to 2003 and sadly on every occasion it always feels like we are interrupting their day and not welcome. We do try to hang out any visit as long as possible as to not intrude. Should get ladder serviced more often but not fun doing business with people who make you feel unwelcome.
