We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Billy Kerrisk with a section sale and previously a purchase. We found her friendly and yet professional at all times. Her communication was exceptional and we felt we were kept informed through out the entire process. Where we needed to make decisions Billy gave us options and guided us when we were unsure. She is very knowledgeable with regards to the market and trends in Golden Bay but also with her local community knowledge. Right from the first meeting with Billy she was totally engaged with the selling of our property. The communication was excellent from day one right up until it was sold. Even when Billy was out of the district - her very capable staff stepped up extremely well. Would thoroughly recommend Billy and her team to anyone seriously considering selling in the Bay.

Highest degree of professionalism to us with the sale and property management at Ray White Takaka. Billy Kerrisk worked very hard with the sale of our property . She has a high level of experience which was evident along with a down to earth manner which we found very reassuring . Also Jenna Bowden managed our property with equally the same level of professionlism . She looked after our property so well ! A big thank you to the whole team at Ray White Takaka.
