Im not one to complain, in fact I cant remember the time I left a bad review! But Ive received such shocking service, and have had others say theyve had bad experiences too, so I felt I should leave this feedback. Hopefully things will change! We used Milk and More a couple of years ago and thought they were brilliant. We only cancelled because my husband started getting free milk at work! When he changed jobs last month we were excited to restart our deliveries. Our deliveries started again on April 22nd. Our next was due to be the 26th, but the driver came on the 25th because of the public holiday. Unfortunately no one had informed us of this, but I understand that mistakes happen. Our next delivery, on the 29th, was also missed. The office told me that for some reason our name had been crossed off the list. Delivery was then also missed on the 3rd and 10th May. When I emailed on May 10th I was told that someone would deliver milk first thing the next day. When I left my house at 10am the milk still hadnt arrived. I found this annoying, as if I hadnt been promised an early delivery we would have just nipped to the shops. When I expressed this in an email I did not receive an apology. The delivery on May 13th also didnt arrive. This meant that out of a possible 7 deliveries, only 2 had arrived. Feeling extremely frustrated by this point I said this in an email. The response was not one I expected to get, telling me I really seem to be very unhappy with our service and they would be cancelling my account and sending an invoice the next day. Honestly, Id already decided to switch to Oaklands after getting advice from a local Facebook group, but that email really took the biscuit So, in summary, perhaps decide to get your milk elsewhere unless you enjoy using an unreliable company with some of the worst customer service Ive come across in a long time. If Milk and More dispute any of this Im happy to post screenshots of the emails. Although I called and left messages no one ever picked up or called me back, so the emails are the only correspondence we had.

We used Milk and More a couple of years ago and thought they were brilliant. We only cancelled because my husband started getting free milk at work! When he changed jobs last month we were excited to restart our deliveries.
