10 out of 10 for service, price and communication. I was unable to source this rack anywhere in Australia. Thankfully, Gearpackgo not only had it in stock, but shipped it to me the same day and I received it in Australia within 7 days.

Just want to say how impressed I am with this business. My order turned up in less than 48 hours, I live in the North Island. We had a great experience with Pack Gear Go. Warren had all our stuff ready for pick up, it was very light, and of good quality. Warren was super helpful and could answer all of our questions. Would totally recommend renting gear from here.
