Our group of friends went to the womens high ropes course with Kate and her team. They were helpful, incredibly supportive and really took the time to teach us all the valuable skills we needed to be safe and successfully challenge ourselves. We had a fantastic day! Thankyou

Kate and the team provide safe guidance that allow you to challenge yourself physically and mentally in an outdoor environment. I joined the High Ropes Womens only adventure day and absolutely loved the experience. The staff was great and really well trained. Very well organised event. I look forward to join them on more adventures in future

I had a wonderful time on the half day caving trip. Fantastically organized, this trip was achievable for all and loads of fun. Kate and her team were encouraging and offered challenges for all levels. Would definitely recommend this outer world experience
