The owner of this Company has run 2 businesses, 1 in the UK and 1 in India. both of which have collapsed has he was the sale manager there, his standard of a sales manager was unbeleivable, pulling reps ties on the exhibition stand was just one instance,,, I would be very wary of doing any kind of business with Smart Climate Solutions especially with any guarantees the offer as they probably will not be in business in the near future

Very poor communication and lack of attention to a fault they created during the installation of our new system. Took weeks to get them back to fix a leak on a fitting, then they did not top up system correctly. System now needs attention. Arrogant manager and very lacklustre service from their service technicians. Would not recommend and have told friends and family to avoid at all costs. Useless.

All customers must be aware that if you ask this company for a quotation - that you'll be billed for your request. Very disappointed in this company's way of doing business - will never make use of their services again - even if they should be the last company available for the job. They're not interested in customer service at all - only in making money.
