        Staff is so arrogant and untrustworthy.. I have ordered a cake and they delivered not the same and when I asked to them they said they cant do anything,if you want to take the cake you can take,we cant do anything.. She cheated me by giving an old cake,not the fresh cake.. She ruined our big day

        Love love love this place . Me and my family are weekly visitors and have never had an issue with anything ! The manager is super friendly and great to have a laugh with . You leave feeling happy even though you've spent all your money

        Very happy customer here. A surprise birthday popped up at short notice (same day and a Sunday!). We phoned the Rototuna Cheesecake Shop. They had all cake options in stock, we chose a large caramel and had it dressed with writing on the top and we're able to pick it up on the way to the birthday. It looked amazing with lots of detail and was delicious! Will certainly use again.
