        Rude and unprofessional interaction. Booked an appointment wasnt told what to bring, was sent away after taking time off work to make the appointment and told we would get an email with some paper work to be filled out. Didnt receive an email. Called back to follow up and was told we would get a call back to discuss. Didnt receive a call back so I called again to be dismissed and told to go somewhere else by a very rude woman who then said thank you and hung up on me.
