        I sent Sean our computer twice when it stopped going altogether. The first time it came back working better than it ever had (he optimised all the settings to make this happen) and the 2nd time we nearly lost our hard drive altogether as the fan was all blocked up and it was melting! He took the whole laptop apart, gave us a new hard drive, transfered everything over and cleaned it up, and it came back to us in perfect condition, and running beautifully :-) I really do highly recommend Backspace!
