Racist store! I used to shop at Farmers for my skin care, and hair care. Ive been racially targeted before Ive even stepped into this store. Im hazarding a guess that its coz Im brown and I cant dress comfortably like a white person could, because on a Mori, its considered hori. Anyway, Ive found plenty of places that sell the products Farmers does, and farmers market their products up way too high anyway Chemist warehouse now for my Makeup Revolution Skincare, & Lee Stafford hair products. FYI when I was in high school, the Lee Stafford brand retailed for $7-12. Farmers sells for $20 & up. Go to Chemist Warehouse, its half the price. Simply Essentials NZ is stocked at Tui Medical & Life Pharmacy. I went to farmers to get another shower cap coz Tui didnt have the one I wanted. I got profiled on this occasion. I hadnt even reached the entrance and all the eyes were boring into me. I knew what I wanted, went strait to location, could feel securitys eyes on me but thought.. maybe Im being paranoid? Only to turn around and wham! Hes eyeballing me at the counter and intentionally using his body language to tell me Im being watched. I cancelled this purchase and went online. Got a better deal at life pharmacy too! Spend $40, get a free item. Two shower caps, a candy striped hair turban, and cetaphil body wash was a really good score. So anyway, I have a rhetorical question: was it coz I walked too fast, have obviously brown skin, and wore a tracksuit? Anyway, I voiced my grievances to the Mori lady with crazy eyes who made up excuses like: oh its just because of everything thats been going on lately like, the bored teens doing ram raids? I didnt have an entourage of 14yos with me Im not even 14 myself. Youre just as pathetic as the racist culture youre employed under. I notice you must manage the beauty department there too? Please act your wage, you work in retail. Youre no better than the rest of us Just recently, I went back to see if the vibe settled down a bit. Im nearly out of Glycolic acid, so I was about to go purchase some. Oh and more Makeup Revolution skincare coz CW is sold out for now. Nope, got the same treatment, this time from a Mori security guard I couldnt help myself this time and asked her if she had a good gork so maowry lady manager of beauty at Farmers in Chartwell; you lied! And youre terrible at it. All we need is for CW to stock the ordinary, and I wont be shopping at anymore Farmers stores. Train your staff and security on how to spot ACTUAL shady behaviour, and not go based off of skin colour, or comfy clothing youd normally give white people a pass for wearing. Its really pathetic. Used to shop at Farmers a lot. Not anymore

Best experience with Elle. This lovely guy is sooo knowledgeable with his beauty products. You are wasted in menswear department please stay in the beauty department
