        Ruined my mattress topper, very disappointing. I was never warned that was a risk. They did have another go to restore it but the damage was done. The lady on the phone was more defensive than apologetic. Worst part is I actually paid to have my expensive topper spoiled. A refund at least wouldve been a welcomed gesture!
