A1 Budget Locksmiths

Lost our keys and were wanting a remake of keys to get into our house. The only nice thing I can say was they were quick and efficient. The customer service representative gave us the wrong price and told the locksmith the wrong job. The locksmith was unbelievably rude, impatient and did not apologise for quoting the wrong job or the inconvenience. The locksmith had no social skills and no sympathy for our family who was waiting in the car in the rain after a long flight. Would not recommend, very disappointing the budget in their name definitely showed today. The business is still reliable and provides good service but on that particular day and with that particular worker me and my family are very disappointed.

Matt and the team at A1 are machines. Quick to respond, no fuss, fairly priced. Very happy with service. Matt sorted roller doors and new sliding internal door handles. Also replaced all locks when purchased house. Recommend 100%

Would have given zero stars cos Apparently $415 and an extra $50 doesnt entitle me to a receipt or locks on three doors with lack of advice I might add that work. Dont treat me like Im the scum of society because I used my green payment card. I still have to pay that back. Dont get me to send photos and try to get me to fix the problem and then treat me again like Im no one who matters when you still do t want to fix them. Both builders doing work here just about died when hearing the price, sub standard job. If its such a big deal changing out barrels why do it. Give me some solid advice not a reason to dodge coming back to Huntly. Ill take this down when my locks are fixed aye!! Yeah
