        Flagstaff fitness is taking money from me after we have both agreed to terminate my membership. It has been over a month since termination date, I have sent multiple emails and phone calls trying to resolve the issue. I also went in person, to the gym, but staff were unable to do anything to help. I dont understand how staff are able to create subscriptions but not terminate them properly. This company has very poor communication skills and professionalism issues. Would not recommend.

        Joined a few months ago. Have been to many gyms, but this one has a great atmosphere and is very friendly. All the staff smile and say hello. The equipment is excellent!! A great range and I dont often have to wait because there is enough to go around.
