F45 Training Rototuna

I was in Hamilton visiting family for a week. I am f45 member in Singapore. I loved being able to workout to similar exercises as going to new gym can take some time getting used to. With this studio all the trainers welcomed me warmly and even the owners who used to live in Singapore by coincidence ! Glad to know there will be a great workout venue whenever I go back to visit family

Quality people (trainers and members), quality workouts. I haven't worked out so hard in a long time, F45 is definitely the change I needed from boring solo gym workouts. Love the clear structure of the workouts, the variations of the exercises and the group atmosphere is really uplifting. Every workout is a challenge and the trainers help you to push your limits. Plenty of options for class times throughout the day which makes things easier. Can't wait to see where I'm at in a few months !

From minute one Rach, Geoff and the crew have been amazing. When I started F45 I was in a bit of a funk. I have really enjoyed becoming part of our F45 Rototuna family. The team has been awesome. I love the banter and enjoy the workouts it has been one of the best decisions I have made in a longtime. There is a great vibe no egos just people pushing and supporting each other. I couldnt recommend F45 Rototuna enough Wayne
