        Was blatantly ignored when the retailer was standing right next to us as we were struggling to find sizes. Waited patiently while she casually strolled over to the counter after standing there for ages. Didn't even box up our shoes. Extremely rude won't be returning

        Had to leave a review for the fantastic communication and service provided by the two girls working at the Chatwell mall store in Hamilton this afternoon. There was an aggressive lady demanding a refund or exchange for clearly worn shoes despite not having any receipt, original packaging, or proof of purchase. The girls on counter were extremely patient and calm, and were clearly communicating the information they needed, store policies, and offering next steps. It's not very often I send through compliments but these girls were outstanding - definitely keep them on.
