        I went to the HelloWorld Rototuna office on a Tuesday early afternoon and the office was shut - notice on door saying closed for the day due to team meeting. The following day around the same time I went to the office again, but the door was locked, and the office appeared shut. I peered inside the window and saw a lady who seemed to be gesturing to me to "go away"!? I knocked on the door and this lady reluctantly came to the door, opened it slightly and said, "I'm on a Zoom meeting, can you come back in ten minutes"!? After a welcome and customer service like that, which was made worse by the fact it was the owner, how could anybody utilize this travel agent's services. No professionalism at all - doesn't even merit a One Star.
