So far I am unimpressed. Ordered yesterday morning with a follow up note to say please could they be delivered before the Easter weekend, as yet, no response at all. And now there is a tracking number online, but I didn't recieve any communication they had shipped. Worst of all, they are shipping with Post Haste, which has a 1 star review on Google for losing packages, severe delays to packages...basically the only positive review for them is from a company that says they are cheap to send stuff. I'm witholding judgement for now (and will amend this review if necessary) but for now, my feedback is...ship more promptly especially before a long weekend, communicate better with your customers (a response to my email yesterday would've been good) and don't use Post Haste when the issues with them are so well known.

Just had the best experience purchasing shoes. Ordered midday yesterday, received first thing today. Free shipping was a huge bonus that made me to choose to order here plus the competitive prices and then the email updates topped it off. Loved the humour in them too. Nice work on running an effective retail business!
