Specsavers Optometrists - Chartwell Westfield

I recently visited Specsavers Chartwell and had the pleasure of being assisted by Amber, the optical assistant. I was thoroughly impressed by her excellent work and patience towards me as a customer. Amber was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Specsavers and was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process and took the time to answer all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Overall, I highly recommend Amber as an optical assistant. Her outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing an exceptional experience make her an invaluable asset to Specsavers Chartwell. Thank you, Amber, for all your help

ODD, CONFUSING & SCARY EXPERIENCE. On making booking I was clear I needed male voice due to hearing issues. On arrival to crowded chaotic CHARTWELL, saw by woman, told her I couldn't understand her due to my hearing problem with high pitched voices. Smiling she rescheduled another appointment. 15 minutes later an angry man rang, claiming I had abused his staff, my appoint is cancelled and I am banned from CHARTWELL SPECSAVERS shop. His anger was frightening and confusing. I find on checking Facebook, people have been treated badly at CHARTWELL by same lady. While people at other locations are lovely and supportive.

I had a fitting today with Jasmine, her customer service was amazing and she was so thorough and ensured all of my glasses fit well and explained the process of how they make them fit. I have been going to specsavers for years and have never had this level of service I truly appreciate it.
