I've now been to this business 4 times within the advertised hours and every time the shop has been closed! Please be open at times advertised as people are making special trips. Not good customer service.

Awesome and quick service while being reasonably priced! They were quick to replace my phone screen and also had really good phone cases!

DO NOT RECOMMEND My husband and I took my Microsoft surface Pro for battery replacement. My surface Pro was otherwise working well and it did not have any problem. After the battery was replaced, I noticed the touch screen was no longer working so we quickly took it back to the store (less than 24 hrs from when we got the tablet back) and Sandy (staff) said the screen was faulty and needed to be replaced, so we were charged another $239. After replacing the screen, we noticed the screen replaced was an aftermarket screen (inferior quality to the original), but most importantly it was faulty and part of it was flickering so we brought it back again. Sandy then wanting to test the screen AND the motherboard. Out of my extreme frustration, I obtained a second opinion from a reputable store and I learned Surface Pro was extremely difficult to repair. I was infuriated that we were not informed about the risk of repair. Clearly my tablet was damaged during the repair. In the end we settled for having my refund, but in exchange of me giving my Microsoft Surface Pro PLUS my charger to the store! I had a tablet that was working just not hold much charge, but, in the end, not only I was frustrated but I lost my tablet! I strongly do not recommend this store. Have your electronic device serviced here at your own risk.
