Spark Store Chartwell Mall

Honestly, SPARK is an awful telecommunication company to spend your money with. Each person will tell you something different, most will just tell you what you want to hear so you go away and then when you try to get it sorted, (when you realise they didnt sort it to begin with) you realise they just hoped it will be someone else you deal with later on so its not their problem. So youre left repeating yourself over and over and over. With no help at all. Not just chartwell spark but spark NZ. Save your breath, time and MONEY choose a different provider.

Just a most professional and thoughtful service from Aman!!! Really listened to our needs and gave clear and reassurance with her advice!!! Our wifis working so much better so thank you very much spark chartwell!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Made to feel out of place, multiple customers served before I was even noticed in the store although they called me to pick up a new phone, Spoke to the manager offered little to know explaination for his staffs actions, I would avoid this store,

Was struggling online to get my Vodafone number transferred to a new phone (new job with new phone). Went in store for help but they couldnt access the account and instead of being able to help wanted to try and set me up another account - not sure why Id want to set an account up when there was already one. Anyway managed to sort it online wont go to the shop for help again.
