Purchased a property (sight unseen) in lockdown from Keith who was brilliant! His advice and willingness to do anything to make us feel comfortable with our decisions is legendary. He spent an hour+ video walking us through the house, he brought a tape measure to give us an idea of space, he was prompt, courteous, and professional in his communication with us and helping to deal with all the balls we were juggling. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

We have been working with Keith on what has been a very difficult purchase to say the least. We are still going a year later but none of the delay is because of Richardsons. In fact Keith has gone above and beyond in mediating the process following leads and keeping us up to date with local listings. Much respect I would highly reccomend him and Richardsons.
