MORE HASSLE THAN ITS WORTH. I really wish less events would use this. Just use pay wave. If you are organising an event with an average age under 50 they 95% have and prefer paywave. Really hard to arrange a refund if you don't do it at the event. I typo'd 1 number on the form and rather than a reply advising that there was an issue They just sit on it / ignore. I responded 2 weeks ago with the corrected number and still no action

I don't see any benefit for the costumers. Firstly, you have to pay 3 dollars to activate that useless bracelet and 1 dollar to get the refund. Secondly, it's such an useless system when users can simply use EFPOTS . It's so annoying when you have to make queues to get food or drinks, run out of balance and make another queue to top up. It makes the experience more annoying for users. What the hell is point of this?

As a user and merchant using AWOP for over three years, its a pretty smooth operation. Results in no cash management during the event and an easy process to follow at the end of the event. Great for allocating spending money for teenagers. Easy to see how sales are progressing as a merchant.
