This florist has atrocious customer service! When I complained about the roses I had delivered to my mother. This person was argumentative from the beginning! When I rang and said that my mother had told me that the flowers had wilted she argued with me. When I visited my mother that evening, I was clearly able to see what she was talking about. I sent photos to her and she offered to replace the flowers. The next morning I received this email- Good morning Went to replace roses with roses straight from a grower and the lady didnt want to know about it, showed your photos to manager of one of the markets and a couple of very good florists and they like me could not see anything wrong with them so thanks for wasting my time and money. And according to the lady .. doesnt know who I am they were here very words. Regards Yvonne My reply - You obviously have a lot to learn about customer service! The roses definitely were poor quality. That being said if you had shown good customer service your reputation would not have been affected, as you stated to my mother! Your response to your customer should be to apologise to me and to my mother, and to kindly offer, in an apologetic manner a replacement to her. It is your attitude rather than your poor care of the product which has affected your reputation! Also if you had read my email properly, you would realise that it was (customer )sending it and not my husband! I do not normally spend this much on flowers, as I normally go to the supermarket for my flowers, but wanted to do something special for her. I have had better flowers from the supermarket! You have taken any pleasure out of my gift for both my mother and I! You have a lot to learn about customer service, and if you continue in this manner will soon find your business failing! Her reply - And you have alot to learn about flowers they came off the auction on Wednesday morning and if you think the quality is poor perhaps you would like to contact the grower, they are zwarts roses from papakura and if I hear anything about my reputation that has come from you you will find yourself in court, I have all the documentation and photos and I can obtain written proof of how fresh those roses were.

When I rang and said that my mother had told me that the flowers had wilted she argued with me.
When I visited my mother that evening, I was clearly able to see what she was talking about. I sent photos to her and she offered to replace the flowers.
The next morning I received this email-
