Sally Young at EA Architects Studio was able to provide us with detailed design drawings for building consent lodgement for the re-clad of our leaky home in Hamilton. The project was complex, however she was able to complete the project on time and within budget and with receipt of the Code of Compliance. "My wife Pam and I purchased an old 1926 hall in Tokomaru Bay that was over the road from the beach which became too unsound to convert to a dwelling however we really wanted to build something on the same footprint that immediately would look full of character.
