        Really sad when you have an unexpected death in the family, let them know and ask them to remove your bid before the auction closes as you dont know when you will be able to pick up. Then you are sent an email saying we will cancel the sale then today get an account suspension for non payment. Pretty unfair in my book.

        Get these guys to value your property if you are going through a separation everyone, they will give you a valuation of under $4,000 for an entire household of property so you don't have to pay out your spouse. They are so off the ball park it is unbelievable
