Amy and her Husband were amazing! Highly recommend using them to assist with purchasing a carseat. They made everything super easy and there was no pressure at all. We visited this shop last week with my pregnant wife. We wanted to get some informations and details to one of their strollers but the two staff just chatting each other without even bothering to entertain and help us out if we need anything in particular with their products. Very poor customer service

Nice enough staff and they stock nicer products than other physical stores but most of it is hardly ever available to look at in store / they dont seem to have very reliable information about what is available and when it might appear Communication is a bit hit and miss as well with some phone calls or the contact form not being followed through
