I always love coming here. Such a relaxing, safe environment. It's always clean, the customer service you receive is second to none, especially from the owner and her mum. Always professional and the terms and conditions are made clear from the very beginning. Such a great location, easy to use booking system, reasonably priced, a variety of services offered. I travel from out of town just to come here. I highly recommend to all.

Additionally: I believe your condescending reply shows my review is true and correct, please explain to people your policies prior to making them fill out mountains of paperwork and then when you are asked why this was not told to me prior to filling out paper work your team get belligerent and argumentative, I didnt stoop to your level and simply wished your team a great day but again your response shows why your team have such Poor customer service skills and a lack of disclosure skills argumentative attitude as its ingrained from above.
