The Bank Bar & Brasserie

Really dissapointed with our experience tonight! Our starters arrived after about 25 minutes of ordering which is fine. We however had to ask again for the drinks we ordered about 10 minutes before we ordered the starters. The starters was really good but sadly thats where it all ended! Then after waiting 45 minutes on the mains i asked just for take aways. The staff was slow avoided eye contact and had lame excuses and blaming every other thing but taking ownership. They were not that buzy at 5,30. The the menu says that the chicken tower burger has 2 patties. There was more chicken on the one starter than on both the burgers. The burgers were dry and tasteless and the presentation left much to be desired. Yes I did change to take away. But yea get the idea when we decided to leave it was " we dont care about this customer" Parking: Hard to find parking and making the efgord to come there to have this type of service

Service was great, wedges and chicken waffles were yum, the burgers didnt taste as good reason for 4 stars. Price is good, I will definitely come back to try the other stuff on the menu and order the wedges again :)
