For Hannes and all the staff of Pragma, We would like to say thank you to all of you.. You are all Amazing and very professional. We really like the house that we bought. Hannes, has been so nice to us. He is so great and very welcoming. The first time we met him, We really felt the difference between him and the other sales representative that we met before. He is perfect for his role and even my friends whom I recommended, told us that he is very nice. Hannes and Pragma are helping a lot of people. From the beginning they helped us a lot. From a lot of request and changes, they have approved everything. They are helping people to get the house they want. We are happy and contented of the house that we bought. I went to book a house in Pragma which would be completed on estimated 31 march 2023 as per their records at that time.According to given information by them we started loan approval process, property valuation process & solicitor approval process. When it came to decide for sunset clause, they told us they cant write it before December 2023 , then later on they changed again late April 2023 , due to non-reliability on their completion date , we waste all our money spent on property valuation as well as solicitor approval process. They could have told the truth in the beginning but they said it at end of the entire process which cost not our money but also our time. Please be careful with estimated date provided by Pragma House as it may affect your loan conditions in future. Originally on paper when we first arrived, estimated date was 31,March 2023. Then when we asked for sunset clause date, all statements got changed when it came to documentation. It's really hard to trust.

It is not every day that someone get to help your dreams come true! I just sent a query around house options and George, the sales consultant replied on a weekend! We had a chat, visited the site, went to the show room and everything went smoothly as ever. Pragma was very open and advised us with all details. Any questions get answered quickly as well. Our options were really to our advantage which is a no brainer for us to proceed with the offer! Our approval still has conditions at this stage but so looking forward to our journey with Pragma!

Great experience purchasing two bedroom unit at 89 Pragma Rise, was able to have tenants move in straight away after settlement greatly appreciated all the help from Diana Murray.
