        Still waiting for my uniform until now. It hasn't been done yet for 2 months and a half very slow service, not like in Auckland they will personally go to customers site to get the measurements,here in Hamilton they'll take you to the stock room of uniforms and hand over you bunches of different sizes of uniforms

        Terrible customer service, very slow to handle a complaint, I had to email and call repeatedly and finally got an answer after 2 months. There was no attempt to keep us happy as a long term customer, no apology and the manner of the customer service representative was abrupt and unhelpful.

        Sent serval emails abour services never hear any thing back, get charged for no drops off since the driver just assumed we were closed. kitchen cloths are that thin and useless also, wouldn't recommend this company

        If your a small business, they are not interested and sadly lack customer service and general friendliness, which used to be the Kiwi way. Not a company I would like to deal with again.
