Dunkin' Donuts

Went there today Saturday morning 17th September 11am Shop had great range on offer ... And the service at the counter was 10/10 She was polite ... friendly and service with a smile. Thank u for the great service Well went again 4th January 2023..did not get what was asked for ..ie 5 iced chocolate donut with sprinkles and 1 glazed....the staff person grabbed donuts behind the counter out of sight then sealed the box .....we ended up with some other type of choc flavor donut but not what was asked for ..... totally disappointed

The cashier was very rude and grumpy , so i asked for a a combo deal where you two donuts and a mid size coffee i asked to down size the coffee and to be filled half way still offered to pay extra for that , and ended up with a half way filled medium size coffee then i tried to ask again for a downsize and still pay extra money, the cashier started shouting and yelling at me and my mate while there were other customers inside, very disappointed and never going to be back
