KFC Frankton

This review is based on ingredients used and the result of what flavor particular recipes taste like. The increased prices and the coleslaw that is never included in the share box meals like it once was as a staple part of NZ KFC meals. First, I have a STRONG dislike for the now Potato & Gravy. Before I go on, I am happy to make my own Potato & Gravy at home using the oil and juices from vegetables etc. But, when I don't have the time its always convenient to pay when I can get that cooked flavor elsewhere. I'm an 80s connoisseur so I remember the Real KFC Potato & Gravy flavors with the taste and flavor of home. Because of the fact this recipe has changed to fit into a "So called healthy" but REALLY dry not mixed properly powdery tasteless, boring and would not put in my mouth potato & gravy. I see fans like me of the KFC Original flavored Potato & Gravy will probably never get NZ KFC to change it back because it was made from the actual tasty oil juices the chicken is fried in. BUT, some people who actually liked the flavor said they were disgusted because they heard it used the oil from the fried chicken. Oh my days, weirdos RIGHT. I think this flavor is just NZ and the cheap way its made. Ive tried Melbournes KFC potato & gravy and their recipe and ingredients has a nice tasty flavor. Bring back the coleslaw in all the meals as part of the staple because its real stuff from the garden. Id rather have that than the potato & gravy. What's up with price increase laid on us?The biggest fast food franchised industry business in the world making huge profits and it becomes money before quality as a slap in the face thank you to your customers? No thanks KFC NZ. I will gladly take my money and my deserving palate elsewhere!
