        Just another American franchise chasing the dollar and the bottom line is that's all that matters to Colliers in my 7 years experience with them as our Body Corporate there's consistent inconsistencies with communication and workers coming on site. Fobbing you off week by week with client concerns the bottom of the list. To keep paying for the same persisting property issues shows no capacity for resolution on their behalf. I have been patronised and humiliated by reception staff, Not being rude but old toffs out of touch with the common man. They're a predominant reason behind me not wanting to live here anymore. Corporate business that revolves around the common man shouldn't act corporate but they do.

        This organization wants control but no responsibility. Colliers International went 4 years without servicing the septic pump in our Body Corp. They are not customer focused at all. Advice: check everything they do as you do not want to be STUNG like we have been.
