On the day we moved in we arrived with a truck to unload, we then had to turn around and go and get brooms and cleaning gear to clean up the mud caked onto the front entranceway by the builders, so that we could take our furniture into the house. Then I spent most of the day chasing tradesmen to get the hot water connected with no help from RPS until I really ripped into them that evening. We were bullied into making the final payment despite the house still needing a lot of work, and did so on trust that the work would be completed. We ended up having tradies at the house daily for months, many turning up unannounced and looking to me for instructions as to what work they were supposed to do. Finally, after nearly a year, we're still dealing with outstanding issues, including a seriously faulty septic system, and RPS is simply ignoring us.
