Not that impressed, communication wasn't that great and I was mostly dealing with someone besides Erin herself. I wasn't clearly informed of some of the info that my bank needed from me, leading to me having to get a costly extention on the deadline for conditions (I'm lucky it didn't fall through completely). I'd recommend going directly to the bank with the best rate and dealing directly with the bank instead of through a middleman like a broker.

Erin was great! She gave excellent advice and helped us through every step, being first home buyers. She was very patient and was more than happy to answer all of our questions. She made this process very easy for us and always kept us up to date.
