        ive usually always loved shopping here- i was dressed in a hoodie and tights while shopping for work clothes as im returning to work after being on maternity leave. the ENTIRE time i had one of the sales assistants following me around. every time i looked behind me, she was there. never asked if i needed help, just there to make sure i wasnt stealing. your staff need training on how to treat people who arent little old white ladies, better.
