AA Driving School

Been trying to get in touch with these people since beginning of December. Kinda hard to do when your limited on lunch break times and your wait time is 127 minutes to start then increases another 40 or so minutes. License hasn't been recieved. And it is now January. I start work before they open and finish work as they close. Can't get a lousy answer as to where my license is so I can sit my test. Ridiculous. Currently on the phone and wait time is 45 minutes. I've been waiting 53 minutes already.

Dont bother with them, they are too busy to deal with people, and do not give a choice on the website as to which town to get your lesson, they just expect to give your lesson close to your home address even if you may be needing the lesson in another town.

Absolute waste of time... each lesson was cut short at least 30-40 minutes every time. Also, the practical lesson was meant to be on a Saturday, and the night before the instructor postponed it to the following week. Then when I finally got to sit the practical course, the instructor did not show up to the confirmed location, and 5 minutes before the lesson was meant to start she phoned me saying her 'car had broken down.' She then asked me to travel 15 minutes further into central Hamilton to her location for the lesson (at 5pm - peak traffic time, very daunting for an in-experienced driver) Then the lesson was not even 5 minutes long... we went around the block once and the instructor started signing my certificate. This lesson did NOT ease my nerves for my driving test at all and did not prepare me whatsoever.
