The team at Valet Dry Cleaners are approachable, friendly and accommodating. Running a dress rental business I have an urgency for my dresses to be cleaned quickly to get them out to the next customer. The team is super accommodating to this with my short turn around window and always does their best to make sure this can happen. They consult me prior to treating my dresses of what needs to be done to check its suitable and okay. 100% recommended! Service: Laundry pick-up

A huge thank you to Jason and the team for cleaning and boxing my wedding dress. Dress had a bit of mud due rubbish weather on the day and of course fake tan. Was a bit nervous about handing over my dress (tulle, detailed lace, lots of train!) to be dry cleaned but Jason put all those worries to ease. He went through the process of how it would be cleaned and gave me a fair quote - which when I looked elsewhere in Hamilton was $500+! The dress came back thoroughly cleaned and looked brand new! I had 2 motorcycle jackets drycleaned ...they weren't clean at all when I picked them up and when I had a closer look they said DO NOT DRYCLEAN. I'm surprised they didn't ring me . Instead I paid 120 bucks for nothing , Gutted
