        STILL VERY POOR customer service from J.A Russsell Ltd. Asked to go across the road to Ideal Electrical as J.A Russell prices are too expensive for me (money was never the issue). Definitely dont bother with the Frankton branch.

        Walked in 3 minutes to closing time but it's only time I could pop in after work door was open and 3 employees behind counter the young girl who greeted and served me was great knew what she was doing and everything but an older guy says to her you can go home if you want I'll serve him to which she said no it's fine then he mumbled to me oh we close at 5 mate don't know how you snuck in! Then he lock the slide doors from inside and walks off. That's probably why this shop gets bad reviews
