        Disappointed , slow, poor workmanship took 3 weeks to install heat pump from start and until I rang and demanded someone come finish wiring it in! Left my lounge unusable for those 3 weeks which meant cancelling neice and nephew come stay for sch holidays and when I rang and complained, was told " we do have other jobs!! didn't finish wiring extractor fan, partner had to go buy new plug switches and wire it himself bad service poor workmanship definitely not going back!!
