The Engine Room - Engineered Haircutting, Colour, Style

Had a full head foils done by the guy here. Was not happy ! It literally looked like I had little bits of blonde here an there. Went to someone else vivo rotorua and she had said he had put the foils underneath and not much either! I had always got full head foils done and always come out really blonde. But this time it was the opposite!

Kaleb was fantastic! I had a wonderful experience, gorgeous colour and he cut & styled it beautifully! Kaleb kept me well entertained while the time passed too! I look forward to spoiling myself at The Engine Room again soon!!

Hey Guys, I came in on Wednesday 6pm i purchased a grab one deal enjoyed my time in the salon the team were great but i am really disappointed with the outcome and not being able get a hold of you guys. The colour hasn't stuck i walked into work the next day and everyone said, oh i thought you were getting your hair done. So that confirmed it even more to me that it hasn't worked. So i would either like a refund or the decency for you guys to answer your phone please. Please at the least email me back some confirmation that you have received my email. Regards, Alesha Rodgers
